Notes:
How to "stream" the audio and listen on line - without downloading the whole file:
If you are using an MP3 player on your computer such as Winamp, iTunes, Real Player or Windows Media Player, you might find a simple left click on the MP3 file icon will 'stream' the audio to you, something like listening to a radio station, though here you can generally pause the audio or rewind in your player program.
Downloading the MP3 file:
Right click the file's icon and look for 'save-as', or 'save target as', as opposed to 'save'. In Mozilla Firefox this is called 'save link as'.
If you browser insists on wanting to simply stream the file (play it) and does not allow you to actually download it, consider using a download helper program, such as Get Right, or a different browser (eg., Firefox - which has a built in download manager).
